This Notice is provided in accordance with article 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 (“Personal data protection”) to those who use and interact electronically with the services of the website www.imperialiservice.it.
The Notice only applies to the above-mentioned link and it is not valid for other websites which may be reached through links. The Notice draws from Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted by the European Authorities to identify the minimum prerequisites for personal data collection online with the ways, time and nature of data that data controllers shall provide to users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of the aim of the connection.

Types of data collected
IT systems in general, internet transmission protocols and the software on which this website is based acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet.

The Authority may also request information under article 157 of legislative decree 196/2003 with an obligation to answer.
The data collected are: IP addresses; domain names of the users’ computers; URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the requested resources; the time of request; the method used for the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters on the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
Methods of processing
Personal data are processed with informatic/telematic tools to send newsletters and process studies and statistical and market research.
During data processing, specific security measures are implemented to avoid information loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access.
Such data will only be used for anonymous statistical purposes and to control the correct functioning of the website.
